The memory care unit is very secure and the caregivers there are very compassionate and are experienced with understanding Alzheimer’s and dementia. Pleasant atmosphere and they keep the residents busy with crafts and games. The meals are wonderful and very nutritious. The caregivers work with the residents making sure they are eating. If there is a concern they call and communicate the problem to better help with a solution for all involved for the betterment of the resident.

Exceptional Care and Outstanding Team at Élan in beautiful Corpus Christi I am so grateful for the care and support my mother has received at Élan Corpus Christi. From the very beginning, the process of moving her in was handled with remarkable efficiency and genuine kindness. A special thank-you goes to Misty, the Marketing Director, who knew I was scared ,and overwhelmed at having to place my mother in memory care. She went above and beyond in helping us. She carefully assisted us in selecting my mother’s new physician, and worked tirelessly to streamline all the necessary paperwork. What usually involves a maze of time-consuming hoops was made smooth and straightforward thanks to her guidance. Misty and the community Director, Marti, coordinated everything seamlessly with my mother’s previous doctors and medications, ensuring a safe and complete transition to her new physician and medication plan. Because of their dedication and organization, we were able to get my mother settled into Élan within just two days. I also want to recognize Nurse Shelby, who has more than 15 years of experience in memory care. She took the time to thoroughly assess my mother’s needs and helped us determine the right level of care. Her thoughtful recommendations regarding diet, nutrition, and medication scheduling gave us real confidence that my mother would be well supported. Her expertise and caring approach made a significant difference during the transition. The entire experience has been far less stressful than we expected, and that is entirely due to the professionalism, compassion, and follow-through of Misty, Marti, Nurse Shelby, and the rest of the Élan team. The community itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff continue to show the same level of care and attentiveness every day. I would highly recommend Élan Corpus Christi to any family seeking quality assisted living or memory care. This team sets a standard of service that truly makes a difference during a difficult time.

Place is filthy! A/C goes out frequently as well as electricity and wi- fi. Meds are not administered on time and pills get lost. Dryers do not have the vents hooked up and washers are black with mold. Very high employee turnover and always short handed. Food is awful. Elderly cannot eat spicy foods! Roof leaks, windows leak. Run out of hand soap and laundry soap. Known as Death Row by Solstice employees across the street. Marti Jamison is not doing her job and should be terminated as their is too much to list here. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Elan has a clean environment and friendly receptionist that greets everyone when signing in.

I have very impressed with the amount of attention given to the residents as they’re getting settled in. No issues with medication services, meals have been on time, and lots of activities keep them moving. I’m always greeted on arrival and the building is clean, smells clean, and is easily accessible for all.
