I have a wonderful nurse, she comes here once a week. She's very professional, gets the job done, but is warm and friendly.

Everyone including the case manager, Miriam, home Registered Nurses Sintiana and Lucy, the Occupational Therapist, Armand, the Physical Therapist, David and Home Health Aide, Belen were of the highest caliber in their areas of specialty! Reliable, punctual, caring, knowledgable and extremely empathetic. Highly recommend Elegance Home Health Care!

This was our first experience with a home care service, and my family’s experience with Elegance Health Care has been truly exceptional. Every member of the team — from the administrative staff and case manager to the nurse and physical therapist — was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The entire process, from the initial assessment to the final discharge, went smoothly and efficiently. Physical therapist Annie truly understands the importance of a gradual approach — after each set of exercises, she would pause to encourage my mother to take deep breaths and ask how she was feeling. Although my mother does not speak English, nurse Adriana always greeted her with a warm smile, helped schedule her podiatry appointments, and gently reminded her to take good care of herself. I could sincerely feel that both Annie and Adriana care deeply about their patients and take great pride in the quality of their work.

My experience with Peter Martinez from Elegance Health Care was so amazing in assisting with placing my grandma in care. He was a pleasure to work with, very compassionate and excellent communicator. The nurse that helped with my grandma was also very skilled and great to work with. Highly recommended.
