We couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care my mother-in-law received at Elegant Assisted Living. From the moment she moved in, it was clear that this was the right place for her. The staff are truly special—compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. They not only looked after her needs with professionalism and kindness, but they also formed a real bond with her. She loved them, and it was easy to see they loved her too. One thing we especially appreciated was how well the staff kept us informed about her health and any changes in her condition. They were always quick to communicate, answered our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt involved and reassured every step of the way. That kind of transparency and attentiveness meant so much to our family. The facility itself is always spotless, warm, and welcoming. After having a less-than-ideal experience at a previous facility, we were so relieved and thankful to have found such a supportive environment where she could thrive and feel at home. It gave our entire family peace of mind to know she was in such good hands. I can’t recommend Elegant Assisted Living enough for anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be truly cared for, respected, and valued. I've appreciated the staff at Elegant. There have been a few bumps since we had our family member put in their memory care back in January of 2025, but it hasn't been anything that wasn't solved quickly and in appropriate manner. Their kindness and understanding has been a huge improvement from other facilities.

Elegant living as a caregiver is amazing. The trainers are awesome great management. Residence are fun sweet and in my opinion I love giving back! At times it can be challenging, but it’s worth it. I love that about Elegant living, the cleanliness, the purpose, and the meaning.

Elegant is a very home oriented environment they also have private rooms, with some that have their own showers. The new activity directors are creative and amazing, they have set up people to come play music, bring in animals from local organizations, residents enjoy going to the movies during the summer, playing bingo, participating in arts and crafts and getting their nails done. Admin and management always have an open door policy for residents, families and staff.

My grandmother with dementia was in the elderly building in building 4. My grandmother never complained about the staff or the food. All the staff were kind to her and she was always fed well. They truly care for their residents and the staff was always approachable. Thank you elegant for being there for my family at our time of need.
