My brother said he would wait hours for his call light to be answered and he could hear staff at the nurses station the entire time. We got him out as soon as we could. Would not recommend.

Very warm and welcoming place! Lots of community involvement! My daughter loved the Easter event!

I recently went to chalet of niles for their mommy and me yoga event for mother's day. It was a great experience. All the staff were really nice and welcoming & the residents in the dining area were happy when passing through. Facility was nice and clean as well, and they all work hard to keep the residents and staff safe and comfortable.

My family attended Chalet of Niles for the superhero and princess event as part of the entertainment (Kate’s Magical Moments~Cinderella and Batman). The facility was very clean. Destiny and the staff were welcoming, organized, and friendly. The event was the perfect amount of time. It brought the community together for a free event to bond the residents, characters, parents, and children in a unique way. It was well planned and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. We would be happy to return for another community event.

Chalet is full of respectful people/workers. Very satisfied with my visit. I would recommend this place for others. The building is kept very clean too. Lots of events are offered to keep the community together as a whole and bring joy to the loved ones who stay there! I would rate more stars, if possible.
