I made an appointment to tour the facility with my mother, who is over 90 years old. She is still capable of taking care of herself, but she has a hard time walking, even with a walker. The staff greeted us warmly and patiently held the door open for my mother. The overall process was smooth, and we felt welcomed. By the way, this facility is specifically for elderly individuals born in Korea. If you were not born in Korea, this place may not be suitable for you.

My mom was taken to a remote psychiatric hospital in Orange County by Elim and they refused to accept my mom back on the day of her discharge. My mom also contracted cellulitis during the first week and a half she lived there.

Hi, Deborah I think they have 3 receptionist actually. Main receptionist, the lady was so kind and smart when I visited that place. So I don't know what happened at that time, but do not spread out wrongful rumor without evidence. That place is very busy and crowd by many visitors, vendors, family. Try understand receptionist and other staffs wherever you go.
