Totally disappointing. I gave them my application along with a $25 application fee almost 3 1/2 months ago. When I called to check on my application I spoke with someone named Selema. She informed me that she had my application and needed more info which is basically why I was calling because I needed to know what she needed. She was very pleasant and told me that she was uploading and updating my application in the system. But that I can come and pick up the money order because there was no fee. I told her myself or Granddaughter would be there to get it. From that day on I called to go get it it wasn’t there no one knew what I was talking about. Eventually we were told Selma no longer worked there and they didn’t see any record of my application. I then asked about the money order that also has not been found. I’ve been calling asking you speak to the manager first told to call back on a Friday it was Wednesday. Called back Friday call back Monday. Spoke with Tiffany a few times she kept saying the manager wasn’t there the receptionist started asking who’s calling after I would ask to speak to manager and suddenly the manager isn’t there and I left messages several times. No ONE HAS EVER CALLED BACK. Even though the application wasn’t apparently even given consideration I still want my $25 I am a Senior on A Fixed Income I need my damn money. It hasn’t been cashed but hasn’t been returned to me and it will cost $18 to get a refund lol. That’s a laugh but I’m not laughing about the unconcerned unprofessional response from this staff. Today was the last straw the rude im just the receptionist attitude I just got is even more disrespectful. It may be just $25 to them but it’s my damn $25 and I would have probably just called it a lost had I felt any type of genuine concern. But since it’s a joke to them I thought I’d share it. Thank God I found a home. Because I don’t think Linden Park is a place I would ever want to live. Oh by the way I never saw a actual apartment but the environment on the the outside and that lobby wasn’t impressive.

I finally moved in a couple of days ago and I must say I love my new apartment!! I got an efficiency and it is definitely bigger then what I imagined it to be. The staff and the other residents are all so nice and friendly!

These senior apartments are very nice the staff is friendly and supportive the resident services are always available and great with the residents. My daughter was impressed with the upkeep of the building and is glad I moved here she feels I'm safe. Everyone is friendly . I would recommend this senior building to anyone the apartments are a decent size too

Frequent utility problems... Such as heat/air condition...hot water. At least one elevator is often in disrepair. Air quality in the apts is affected by poorly designed furnace filtering systems in individual apartments. Lastly, the placement of the heating/air condition unit in the apartments allows some to be unusually cold in Winter and hot in the Summer, regardless of temperture control settings. Use of space heaters is forbidden.

My husband and I have a ministry there. We love the seniors that come and worship with us.
