Your response is an insult after everything you put me through. You say you ‘care about me and my wife,’ but every action you took shows the opposite. You told me over and over that you cared, that you wanted the best for us. You made me trust you. You offered to be my private attorney, and when I said no, everything changed. The way you treated me proves that your words were nothing but lies. You watched my entire life get destroyed in seconds. The moment I stepped out, everything I owned was thrown away — no legal time, no chance to save anything. My cat vanished because of what you did. My Mercedes and my Volkswagen were taken from me. My medical devices, my clothes, my documents — everything a disabled man relies on to survive — gone. Just gone. Now I am cold, alone, homeless, walking the streets with nothing, trying to understand how someone who said she ‘cared’ could leave me like this. You didn’t just evict me; you abandoned me like I wasn’t human. And what you’ve done to my wife is even worse. You took her SSI money, controlled every part of her life, complained about her to staff week after week, got removed as conservator, and still pretended you had authority. You controlled where she went, kept her sedated, and kept acting like you were still in charge. You hurt her, and then you hurt me. After everything — after all the lies, after taking advantage of two vulnerable people — you had the nerve to write a response acting like you did nothing wrong. You didn’t help me. You didn’t protect my wife. You didn’t act with compassion. You left me for dead. I hope every agency I contact sees what really happened here. Adult Protective Services, legal aid, investigators — everyone will know. I am documenting everything. I will pursue every remedy available. You don’t get to destroy a family, leave a disabled man on the street, take everything from him, and then pretend it was just ‘policy.’ What you did wasn’t just unprofessional. It was inhumane. And I will make sure the truth is known."**

Nai and her team are the most caring in the business. They truly take the time to connect with everyone and ensure everyone is comfortable and have everything they need. They go out of their way to make every residents experience to be remarkable. Not to mention the extra care attention they bring in to the home especially during the holidays. It is a true sense of family.
