She is attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cares about my mom’s well-being. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for her, she goes above and beyond, and it shows in how content and supported my mom is. Every time I visit, the staff is so welcoming and friendly. From the moment I walk in, I feel reassured knowing my mom is in such good hands. You can really feel the warmth and sense of community throughout the home. I’m deeply grateful for the care, professionalism, and heart that Elite Retirement Residence provides. I have so much gratitude for Elite Retirement. I looked at many many places before finding this one. I went from being horrified at the prospect of my father having to be placed to cautious optimism after meeting with Eli and Denise. The place was immaculate, and they were warm and kind. Everyone has treated my father with such love and care it brings tears to my eyes. Especially the supervising Caregiver. We have become like family. She has gone above and beyond what I would’ve ever imagined that a person would do for someone who started as a virtual stranger. My father loves her as much as we do.
