Knowledgeable because of their years and years of experience taking care of seniors. Not only were they professional but they also went the extra mile to ensure my old friend felt comfortable, respected and cared for on a daily basis. They have a genuine kindness and empathy made a world of difference not only for my friend but for all of us who visited and spent time there. I would highly recommend this assisted living to anyone in need of palliative care for their loved ones. I've been a Hospice nurse with 15 years of experience here in Riverside , I’ve been to many board and care facilities from Temecula to Sun City. Pebble Brook Assisted Living really stands out because it’s a clean place with a caring and knowledgeable team. Liz, in particular is amazing at handling tough patient situations with skill and kindness. The information they provide about patients, like bowel movements, blood pressure and oxygen levels and patient behavior changes is always spot on. This helps me give the doctor accurate updates, which is important for making the right changes to medications to help the residents feel better! Their wound care is top notch, the meals are fantastic and they even have a cute little dog that everyone loves! I would personally put my loved ones here. I know I can trust them and not have to worry one bit!
