ELIZABETH RESIDENCE NEW BERLIN

My mom had early onset dementia and was originally at other care facilities that were downright awful, and caused immense stress to my mom and our family. My dad was working with an organization that helps make recommendations of care options. At first I was hesitant about Elizabeth Residence based upon some of the previous year reviews. The organization assured us those issues were resolved and they felt this was a great fit for my mom. Wow, what a blessing this was. They provided great care to my mom and the hospice staff were pnenominal. They did everything possible to hear our wishes and worked very fast once she became a resident to provide better safety and comfort that the other facilities failed at. Even the little things like using smaller spoons and sippy cups to help her eat/drink meant so much. They truly care for their residents. The facility feels like home, and had such a good vibe to it. My mom passed a little over a year now, but I am still grateful to this day for the wonderful care they provided.

Elizabeth Residence in New Berlin is truly a blessing! Our mom spent her final days here in hospice & the care she received from Patrick and his entire team was nothing short of amazing. The compassion, dignity, & genuine love they showed her (& our family) during such a difficult time will never be forgotten. They didn’t just care for our mom medically; they cared for her as a person. Every detail, every interaction, every moment was filled with kindness, patience, & respect. The environment was peaceful, comforting, & full of warmth, which brought us so much peace during an incredibly emotional time. Elizabeth Residence - New Berlin is truly special. My 89-year old aunt spent the last seven months of her life at Elizabeth Residence and our family considers this time as the best quality of life she had in her last decade. The staff was caring and sincere in their interactions with residents and family, alike. Everyone in this community was so very professional and welcoming; they carried a daily joy about them when they entered my aunt's room. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to make my aunt's life comfortable - all the way through the end. This organization is like "coming home" for the last, and often difficult days, of a person's life and I thank them for absolutely everything they did for us.

We are very grateful for the care my grandpa receives at Elizabeth Residence. The staff is kind, attentive and truly takes the time to make residents feel comfortable and respected. There is always something going on with activities that keep residents engaged and social, and the food is consistently well-prepared. It gives our family peace of mind knowing he is in a place where he is well cared for and treated with compassion. We sincerely appreciate everything the staff does and highly recommend Elizabeth Residence.

My husband lived at Elizabeth Residence in New Berlin for ten months. The staff was consistently professional, friendly, and caring. The group activities provided were appropriate for the residents and provided an excellent way for me to meet and interact with other residents and their families. It's a small facility (only 30 rooms) and that makes it easy for everyone on the staff to become well-acquainted with all of the residents.
