ELIZABETH RESIDENCE NORTH

My younger brother resided at Elizabeth Residence for almost 5 years until his passing due to pneumonia and infections. He always felt comfortable and at home there and interacted with many of the staff. I, too, got to know some of the staff and always felt welcome. Char, the nurse, would keep me informed of anything of note with my brother. Kathy kept his room clean which was quite a feat since my brother was far from the neatest and I enjoyed visiting with her.I felt at ease speaking with Matthew, the director of the facility and he seemed to genuinely care about Tom and would talk with him about sports. I am pleased that Elizabeth Residence provided a "home" for Tom.

Excellent facility with an amazing staff. Clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. The team genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth residence in Franklin is an absolutely wonderful place for your loved ones to live. They have great nursing and cargiver staff who really care for the residents like they are their own loved ones. The buildings are clean, well kept, and you can tell they care about the comfort and well-being of the people that live there.

This place is great! Clean, loving staff, and great leadership. I am impressed by their hard work and always striving their best to go over and beyond to make a resident feel comfortable!

My mother was treated with respect, compassion, dignity, this facility is beautiful, clean and updated for the comfort of all residents. My family was welcomed and treated with compassion every time we visited. During the last days of our mother’s life my brother and I stayed day and night. The staff offered comfort and compassion. The nursing staff were all amazing! My brother and I are forever grateful for this care facility! ❤️
