My mom moved in a year and a half ago and I have been extremely pleased with the whole experience. The staff and residents are very welcoming and supportive of my mom. The food is better than anything I can make. Becky is amazing and Amy the hairdresser goes above and beyond. My only concern is my mom has memory issues and forgets when she signs up for activities. Every resident has a portal. It would be helpful to have the activities she signs up for posted in her portal.

Shayla and Beckie the most amazing when it comes to hospitality and professional customer service. Everytime I come they make me feel like family and nothing less. I absolutely love coming here. The atmosphere is awesome.

Elk Ridge has been an amazing experience for the last year and a half. The staff is always available and knowledgeable with any questions that I have asked and needed help with. Love the marketing team, Beckie and Shayla.They both take time to answer any questions and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. We never felt pressured but felt like we were family from the moment we walked in. The DON Bobbie, is amazing and is professional. Bobbie is a person that we know we can bring concerns to and they will be taken seriously and handled right away. The residents make us feel very welcome and wanted to show us around and want to let us know how wounded it is to be part of their community, as well as all the activities Elk Ridge offers to keep all their residents young. Our mom lived here for four years. I work in the senior care industry and I was impressed with the stability and care! Though there were plenty of opportunities to meet new people and participate with activities, unfortunately, our mom chose to stay in her room. Though she stayed to herself, the staff was still able to become friends with her! Thank you to all the staff at Elk Ridge, your care was amazing!
