I enjoy the residents here and love seeing there happy faces at meal times .. Staff is caring and attentive to the residents

This place is awful my mother was there for three years. When we moved her in it was really nice the people were wonderful then it changed hands and quickly went downhill. I wish there was an option to give zero stars as that’s what they deserve. My mother was constantly in dirty clothes, her bathroom was atrocious….to many things to list. She had many falls and we weren’t contacted she had a UTI had 105 temperature ended up in the hospital because of their neglect. Bottom line PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YIUR FAMILY MEMBER TO THIS PLACE. We moved ours out. See attached photo of her laundry basket.

I can't say enough about the exceptional care and dedication the staff at Elkhart Place show to the residents. Every member of the team is genuinely passionate about their work and it shows in the way they interact with each resident. They go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected. The staff's love for the residents is evident in every small act of kindness, from personalized attention to thoughtful gestures. They are always attentive, ensuring that each resident's needs are met with compassion and professionalism. The level of care provided here is truly outstanding, and it's clear that the staff take great pride in making Elkhart Place a wonderful place to live. I highly recommend Elkhart Place to anyone looking for a place where residents are treated with the utmost care and respect.

My father had good nursing care at this facility. The new management is about the worst as it can get. You can never speak with anyone. Everyone is alway in a meeting and on the phone. They tell you they return your call but never do. My father moved out and they knew he was moving. Still withdrew 5k from his account. Definitely would not recommend sending a loved one to this place. If you have to deal with “Tiff” or “Heidi” good luck. They have zero communication skills. This place is going down quick because of this newer management.

2 weeks after my dad moved in, he says "This is my home now". He quickly became friends with the staff and they have become family to him. He gets a lot of one on one attention. If they fix a meal he can not eat or doesn't care for....they gladly make an alternative option for him. The staff is wonderful with him and our family. We are so glad we found this place
