We love coming here to visit the residents. It’s such a friendly and clean place. The staff is so sweet and helpful. They love the residents and have fun laughing and being lively with them. They are also very orderly and great at keeping up on all the residents needs. Such a great atmosphere of care and friendliness.

When we finally had to move Mom from her home, due to her progressing dementia , we were blessed to find Elkhorn Jones Memory Care. The excellent loving care from the entire staff kept her comfortable and healthy until she passed peacefully there. We had her 90th birthday party in their special family room and we were able to have intimate family lunches with her in that room when family flew in from out of town. Thank you Elkhorn Jones.

When my father’s dementia became too much for my family to handle, we were so blessed to find Elkhorn Jones. My father had more and more horrible behaviors and symptoms as his disease progressed - but the care givers were always so kind to him and my family. It takes really special people to be able to handle that level of care and Elkhorn Jones really does have a great group of people. The front desk employees usually knew me and who I was visiting. It’s a smaller facility which I liked because it felt more personal. Initially there was a parking issue (not enough spots available) but that problem has been fixed and was never an issue again. If I’m being honest I hope I’m never in a situation where I’ll need to use them again - but I would in a heartbeat if I had to.

After doing our due diligence, having visited several memory care facilities, we felt Elkhorn Jones Memory Care was the right facility on so many levels. I feel the care given, the caregivers, the medication technicians, the facility, the food, the entertainment and the activities, along with the management are exceptional. Having been to the facility almost every day for the past 4 months, I can attest to the fact that the caregivers, to include the med techs, really care. I feel it every time I am there. I see it in the interaction between the caregivers, the management and the residents. Various activities and entertainment are planned for everyday and hosted by the activity director, who is excellent with the participating residents. There are also family events during the different holidays. I highly recommend Elkhorn Jones Memory Care for anyone looking for a very caring, clean, well-managed and festive residence.

Words can't express how grateful I am for the entire team at Elkhorn Jones Memory Care. My husband's aunt is a new resident and they have all worked so hard to help us during this difficult time. Maria and Emily were so kind and helpful with anything and everything I needed. The communication is AMAZING! You can tell that all the employees truly care about the residents and the meal menu and daily activities calendar is one of the best I have seen! Making the decision to put our Aunt in a memory care center was one of the the hardest decisions my husband and I have ever had to make . The employees made everything so easy for us and we felt truly loved and cared for as we made this transition with our Aunt. The employees don't just care for the residents here. It's the QUALITY of care that makes them better than the rest! I would definitely recommend them for your loved one. 🥰
