My mother-in-law receives good care at High Point. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is a nice, smaller, clean facility. Her laundry is done weekly. There is a variety of food for the meals. She enjoys visiting with other residents.

This is a fantastic facilty!! From the moment you walk in the building feels warm, inviting, and cozy. It is always very clean, smells good all the time and all the staff are so friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can. I have had a family member living here for over a year and could not be happier. They were living somewhere else and it was a noticable difference within a month of moving in the staff was wonderful helping them adjust to a new place to live and he is now settled and staff have become a second family for them. I dont have to worry when I am not there I know they are taken care of and loved by staff as if it was their own family. Each caregiver we know by name and they have gone out of their way to get to know us and what we need to feel comfortable at all times. Our entire family is thrilled with the care each and every person at Highpoint goes above and beyond every day. We will foever be grateful that we made the move to Highpoint North.

The Executive Director and entire team go above and beyond every single day to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home. You quickly get to know everyone by name — it feels like one big family. The caregivers are incredible; they treat each resident with kindness, respect, and compassion, and it’s clear they care about what they do. Knowing that my grandfather is cared for 24/7 by such dedicated professionals brings me so much peace of mind. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, empathy, and community the way High Point does. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding work this team does every day! Thank you all!

I have a friend of our family living here. Ive visited many times it is always very clean. People living there seem very happy and at peace. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place for someone they love

Went to visit here recently and I must say it was very clean and the staff was very welcoming… my Aunt is there and she says she is very comfortable with the facility and staff. Knowing she is in good hands is plus.
