Ellery Arbor is a wonderful place and community for memory care! I immediately felt at ease and knew this would be a perfect fit for my mom. The caregivers are loving and really know the residents. We have been so blessed to have her reside here. The updated decor is also very welcoming and cozy.

Newly renovated facility which is wonderful. Glad the investors realized it was time to fix the place up. The caregivers are kind and caring but they are understaffed and work double shifts. It is impossible to have them follow through on my mother’s individual care plan to offer a shower every day with the understanding that she may decline. The caregivers do not even follow through on the facility’s policy for her normal scheduled showers. The staff training is sub par.

My mother has been at Ellery Arbor for about 6 months since suffering a stroke. She is very comfortable and content there and I have peace of mind knowing that she is being cared for and loved and is safe. The updated decor is very nice too.

My husband has been a resident here for 4 months and I think it is one of the best places in the area. I visited several memory cares last summer and really liked Ellery, when the time came that it was necessary to place him I placed him here and so happy I did, they are so caring to all the residents. I do have a camera in his room to check on him occasionally and to see that he is being checked on as well. This is not like any other facility. The atmosphere is safe and welcoming. The foyer is huge and has lots of areas for residents to explore. They have a movie room, a salon, a music area, a cafe, a craft area and there is often an activity going on for residents to participate. I feel he is in a safe and friendly environment. I like visiting here because it is always clean and inviting. The manager of the facility did change two weeks after we arrived and the woman now in charge is doing an excellent job, I think she really does care about every one. It is a hard job keeping so many loved ones happy when you are responsible for their parents, spouses or siblings care every day.
