Dante is the activities director and he is so professional. The staff are kind and helpful. It is evident they love their residents.

Bedford Estates has been a blessing for our entire family. My mom had lived at another Memory care facility in Bedford for just over a year, and was not happy nor well cared for. That was our first experience with memory care so we didn’t know what to expect. Bedford Estates has a welcoming, warm feeling to it. The staff is very well trained, works together as a team and knows how to treat your loved one with kindness and professionalism. We had to wait for a room to become available and Healther and Kimilee, the Directors , bent over backwards to insure my mom was admitted as soon as possible. They have a RN, Bethany, that has helped with medication and a doctor that comes twice a week. (I was told at the other facility that they had nurses and doctors that were available, but turned out that wasn’t true.) The living spaces are spacious and clean, and the care staff keep the residents clean as well. My mom really enjoys the food there, and is happy now. I can’t praise Bedford Estates enough! My brothers and I have such peace of mind now that we found Bedford Estates.

My experience with Bedford Estates Senior Living over the past year has been unmatched. The administrative personnel led by Healther are kind and caring and do their best to accommodate the residents and family members. The aide staff are always busy and on the move to tend to the residents' needs. The food is expertly prepared by the kitchen staff, and there is always wonderful smells coming from the kitchen.

My dad lived in Bedford Estates Senior Living for a little over a year, first in assisted living, and the last few months in memory care. I cannot say enough good about the care he received while there. The entire staff took this time to get to know him well and helped him feel safe and comfortable as his needs progressed. The facilities are clean, well maintained, light and bright and more affordable than many options we looked into. I highly recommend Bedford Estates.

I just wanted to share how pleased our family is with Bedford Estates! The facility and the staff of her previous residence was severely lacking in every area of tenant care. We spent most of the time frustrated and basically feeling robbed. Meds were skipped or missing often. Staff was always hard to find our get a hold of. Bedford Estates is cleaner and nicer than any of the other Assisted Livings our mother has stayed in. Several of the staff introduced themselves when we arrived. The person over the food service sat down with our mother one-on-one to talk about foods she likes and dis-likes, as well as allergies, etc. When we visit mom's room it's always clean and the staff are always around, are friendly and eager to help. It was common at all of the other places to be unable to find a staff member, let alone get assistance. Bedford Estates is different. It's a warm and inviting atmosphere. The residents all seem happy, and as if they're living a carefree life, as it should be. We couldn't be happier with mom's move to Bedford Estates.
