Elmcroft of Grayson Valley

They accepted my friend, said she would be a good fit. Later, I was threatened several times that they would kick her out because she needed more help than they had to give. Now she is in the hospital because they didn't check on her when I said something was wrong with her, and she wasn't aware of her surroundings. Now they are closed down by the state board of health.

My mother was not happy here. She was very lonely and by her self most of the time. They told her there would be activities and church services and they would take her to appts if needed. She was only there less than 3 months and they only had bingo as activity, no church services, no exercise, the van was broke down the whole time. Calendar still shows May 2022 for activities and it is now August 2022. She was very depressed here unfortunately, so we had to move her.

Great staff, caring enviroment!

We have been so happy with our experience with Elmcroft. My mother moved in a couple of months ago after having a stroke. The staff is so kind and easy to work with. My mom is very happy with the food and the care provided. The facility is clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend Elmcroft to anyone looking for a long-term care facility for an aging parent.

Elmcroft has a very professional staff that gives great care for the patients. Many community activities keep the residents happy.
