It only took one visit to sense the warmth of this community. The work this staff has done with our loved one has been transformational. Not just with professionalism, but with heart. The caregivers know her by name, they know her routines, preferences and how to best interact with her. They don’t just help - they engage. Every time I visit, I see compassion in motion. The staff truly enjoys their time interacting with residents from meal times to activites. The environment is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, but it’s the people who make it exceptional. My loved one has found not just care, but community. We have been given more quality time to spend with her knowing she is safe and cared for every moment.

From Day One Inspirations has been everything we hoped for our 92-year old Mom! The facility is clean, well managed, & they listen and respond to your request in a timely manner. A big strength is their staff from Daryl (the handy man), Angela (the nurse practitioner), Laura (Front Desk), Danielle (Office), Connie (Office), Joyce (Sales) and the wonderful young caregivers (Emily, etc) that are very attentive to my Mom's needs. Inspirations is a one stop shop in providing easy accessibility for several needed services such as single dose Meds (B&B Pharmacy), Medical Care (Jackie N.P. - Nair Medical) and even a beautician (Martha). Our Mom has been in "good hands" with Inspirations.

Our family member moved into Inspirations Memory Care and even though she isn’t happy about it (due to dementia) we have been very happy! She has only been here a few days, but Nicole and the staff have been great at trying to get mom settled in. Nicole even came back after she had gone home for the day because mom was so distraught! We are thankful for the caring staff and safe environment and are hopeful that mom will like her new home as much as she can

Wanted to share my family’s experience with inspiration nursing home. My dad had dementia and we finally had to make the hard decision to start looking for a memory care facility. We met Angela that gave us the whole tour of the facility. Very nice and clean. Angela work with my mom on setting up the details for my dad’s stay. She visited my dad in the hospital to evaluate. She kept up with us via email or phone whenever we needed something. Although my dad did not make it very far in this process, we are still very appreciative of all Angela’s help throughout this very hard process. Barbara, Barry, & Pam

I can’t say enough good things about Inspirations Of Mt.Washington. My mother moved in November 2021 after living alone for 20+ years. She has since developed relationships with other residents and staff that are just like having family with her all the time. There is always someone there day or night. Mom loves the daily activities as well as the weekly outings. I know that this move has given our family peace of mind that mom is living her best life and will continue to do so.
