If you’re thinking about leaving anyone you care about with this group of rude and unprofessional women, don’t say you weren’t warned. They may act nice and professional at first, but as soon as the paperwork is signed and family members aren’t around, their true nature comes out. In my experience, they were some of the most downright meanest people I’ve ever encountered.

The staff genuinely cares for the residents. It's a great place and they are getting a face-lift right now. I'm excited to see it finished. The company that's doing the work have been VERY respectful of residents and staff.

My Uncle lived at Elmcroft and I am so thankful for ALL of the staff who quickly became like family. Every need of his was taken care of. He was treated with dignity and with so much love. I visited several times a week and at different times. Never did I see or find anything inconsistent with the quality of care that Elmcroft professed. My mother-in-law now calls Elmcroft home. She loves being there! She loves the food and the exceptional care she receives. Now she is a part of the Elmcroft family.

My 99 year old friend has been at Elmcroft for 13 years. The staff of this facility has been very steady for many of those same years. I feel you can tell if something's not right when there is a frequent turnover of employees. This is not the case at Elmcroft of Muncie. The facility is always clean and tidy, NEVER ANY ODOR except something yummy comin' from the kitchen , there is always some type of entertainment or activity to be enjoyed, the kindness of the staff is phenominal and they are very protective of their residents. When my friend recently lost her 77 year old daughter, the whole staff surrounded her with love and support. I give Elmcroft 6 stars!!!!!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR COMPASSION AND LOVE!
