We have been getting aides through this company for several years. Possibly one of the most difficult things a company can do. Staffing cases, screening people, supervising is very tough work. I do want to recognize that Pam is fantastic and her company has integrity beyond every other provider in the area. We have used at least 5 other providers over the years and there is no comparison. Thank you Pam, your honesty and hard work are very appreciated.

The staff and care takers of Touched By Angels II were such lifesavers when my Father experienced a recent health crisis and required hospitalization for several weeks this past Fall. My sister and I were immediately faced with not only trying to advocate for and attend to my Father as he had surgery and recovered in the hospital, but also trying to deal with the task of having to find care for my Mother, who suffers with dementia. My mother’s condition was such that she could not be left alone for extended periods of time nor could she feed or care for herself. Upon the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Touched By Angels. Rick and Pam were wonderful, sympathetic listeners as we explained our situation and the urgent needs we were facing and got things moving quickly as far as coming to the home to meet with my Mom and assessing exactly what her needs were. We found the care takers to be loving and attentive to my Mother’s needs and they were very quick to contact us if they had any questions or if concerns came up. When my Dad required an emergency SECOND hospitalization over the weekend a couple of weeks after he was released, Rick was quick to respond and secure care for my Mother so my sister and I could be in the emergency room with Dad. We will forever be grateful for the prompt, attentive services of all the staff of Touched By Angels and we would not hesitate to contact them again as services and care is needed.
