While searching for a place for a relative, I came across this hidden gem in the Damascus area. Walking into the facility I was greeted and warmly welcomed in to take a tour. This place is spotless and definitely a place anyone would love to call home. Friendly greeting from the property manager Abe, tenants, maintenance, and delivery persons through the whole process. Every question answered, assistance needed, and care from beginning to end. What more can you ask for. A community where you feel comfortable and feel the love like any place called home should feel. Thanks Abe for all of your assistance through this process!! 🤩

Cain Commons meets my wife and my needs and requirements. The building is new, modern and has the features and amenities my wife requires- wide hallways, elevator, wide doorways with no steps or inclines to negotiate. We especially enjoy the large outdoor patio area with tables and comfortable chairs adjacent to the indoor commons and television area. It is clean, peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff is friendly, helpful, available, knowledgeable, and willing to assist with any problems we my have although there have been no issues to date. Cain Commons is a nice place to live. We give it many thumbs up!

I adore living at Cain Commons in Damascus. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, always available, and fully capable of addressing concerns. The entire setup is simply fantastic. I reside in a one-bedroom unit that is fully accessible to my needs, I have no complaints about the property management system either. If you are looking for a comfortable place to call home why not give Cain Commons in Damascus a try, it is well worth it!
