EMERALD COURT

Before choosing Emerald court, I extensively searched several local facilities. Many were either too expensive, lacked a positive staff impression, or failed to meet my standards of cleanliness and comfort factors that made me question if I would want my loved one there. From the moment I toured Emeral Court, I felt a strong sense that this was the right place for my father. I was immediately impressed with the pristine parking lot and landscaping, the cheerful greeting from staff and the positive energy that permeated the entire facility. Inside, the cleanliness and the “ at home” decors were notable. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the food options, as well as the diverse activities offered daily. Crucially, Emerald Court was not only comfortable but within our budget. We moved my father into Emerald Court and we have never regretted that decision. An additional thoughtful touch I discovered after he moved in was the way Emerald court is always decorated for the season or holidays, creating a warm homely atmosphere much like my mother does. During my visits, which occurred 5/6 days a week over the past 9 months, every positive opinion I initially formed was consistently upheld. My father passed away a few days ago. Although my visits will now cease, I will wholeheartedly recommend Emerald Court to others and share the wonderful experience my family and I had. I want to extend a very special thank you to Kathleen Panganiban and Valina Gonzalez along with their entire Memory care staff. Valina, in particular, was consistently available to listen to my father and me, always responding promptly to text messages and addressing our concerns. You are a superstar! This facility is spectacular! A clean, modern place that looks and feels like a high-end condo. The apartments are very nice, many with little porches looking out onto a beautiful courtyard. The staff is attentive and kind to residents and visitors alike. The food is delicious, chef-inspired and prepared with a fine presentation using white tablecloths and napkins. There are a variety of activities for the residents. My 98 year-old aunt is very happy here and is comfortable and well-cared for!

Emerald Court was a wonderful home for Mom. She enjoyed her independent living apartment furnished and decorated just like her previous home. She made new friends quickly and enjoyed dining with them and there was always an activity to be a part of. As time went by I knew we had chosen the right place for her. When she needed to move to assisted living the staff was readily available to make it quick and seamless. I was impressed with the whole staff. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs, each other, and were so kind to the residents. Any issues were quickly addressed and resolved. Emerald Court has my highest respect and I highly recommend it as a great place to move through the stages of aging.

My wife and I have loved living at Emerald Court. Our friends enjoy it and it’s a lovely community. Thank you to all of the amazing staff. I used to manage medical buildings so I know what it’s like. They do a great job here and I am very pleased with maintenance, they are here so promptly and it’s incredible.

I toured 4 different places for my dad to move to when we determined he was no longer safe to live at home. The second we walked through the door I knew this was the place. We have never had a negative experience here and he loves to hear about all of the staffs’ personal lives and what they are up to. Kelsey and her front desk team especially go above and beyond to make sure he feels heard and cared for.
