My partner and I, working closely with Emerald Height’s Marketing and Sales Associate, Kayla Steilen, chose Emerald Heights as the community where we will complete our lives’ journey. . Kayla was a great resource for information and counsel regarding our understanding of the unique elements and features of Emerald Heights and its residents. She responded quickly to our inquiries, always with just the information we needed, was always pleasant and accommodating, and often anticipated just the information we would request. I’d been rather dreading going to visit independent living facilities with my Mom, but now that I’ve experience Emerald Heights I can’t imagine why. Perhaps it was the person who gave us the tour, Cindy Leung. She was direct, engaging, and seemingly transparent in sharing with us the experience of living here. She spent nearly two hours with us, showing us all that the community had to offer. We went on to tour two more facilities but none stood a chance next to Emerald Heights.

The marketing team is outstanding, responsive, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful in how they support families during what can be an emotional and overwhelming transition. Their communication is clear, compassionate, and always professional. It’s evident that Emerald Heights values relationships, not just referrals, and that makes a meaningful difference. I’m grateful to work alongside such a caring and dedicated team and highly recommend this community to anyone exploring senior living options.
