Spent about 3 months there ,I felt God sent. I made so many friends with the other residents. First I will say the office staff seemed to be right on their game. The therapists were very good. The nursing staff had some great ones, it was just hard to digest the lack of treatment by some of them and their CNA's . From my acute view many of these want to be CNA's are being trained by the ones I feel are really lacking. I'm going to say it should be to help US not just to have a paycheck. God bless those who have had to see the same tendencies. We all need to FORGIVE,however as the photo states NONE of GOD'S Children R4Sale at any age!!!

Not happy with the way residents are treated. I have heard staff say time and time again that’s not my hall. Unfortunately I have left do to health reasons. I wish you all the best.

I absolutely loved this facility the staff is absolutely amazing the residents are so sweet an kind. I’m a travel CNA an would recommend everyone to go here. But after interactions I’ve had with there own staff nurse Darlynn I don’t appreciate what had happened. I had left in tears one time because of her an than the other day i got DNR because the nurse complained about me not making a bed I didn’t hear her when i was training there own staff on her first day running around doing everything making sure everything was ready. I’m really upset an wish everyone the best an hope one day I can come back to the family I met there. I go above an beyond but don’t appreciate the treatment the nurse gave me. Update there response Continued concerns brought to us by our staff - nurse having to go behind her and strip beds, change residents, etc. A resident came to me yesterday stating she was complaining to him about one of our nurses (which isn't appropriate obviously). Overall my staff felt as though they had to pick up her slack. There are always 2 sides to the story, but I have to side with my staff in this case. But when I came onto my shift so many residents where soaked an not changed at all to point there briefs were brown an discolored from urine I had picked up there own staffs slack they said since we agency get paid more we do more. There nurse is always 15 mins late down northwest

We have a great group of staff who are hard working and friendly. We treat our residents like they are our family. During the pandemic it was hard for everyone, but everyday staff went above and beyond for our residents. Our facility is always clean and our residents are always kept happy and safe. I highly recommend our facility.
