I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care my sister has received at Emerald Rose Garden 3. The quality of care, hygiene, and overall wellness of the residents is outstanding. The staff members are compassionate, kind, and incredibly patient, consistently showing respect to each resident. One aspect that truly stands out is how they celebrate all the holidays with great enthusiasm and attention to detail, making the environment joyful and lively. I also want to highlight the open communication and availability of the administrator, Julie. Her willingness to listen and provide support has been invaluable to our family. Thank you to everyone at Emerald Rose Garden for the wonderful care you provide. It truly makes a difference. The progress that my sister has made since August is unimaginable. We are truly grateful! The PCG staff are professional, friendly and cooperative. This Care facility attenteds to the residents wants and needs, with a smile, has a loving atmosphere and a beautiful, ckean, environment. As a long time Hospice Social Worker. MSW, in the Desert. I often recommend this Board and Care Facility to my patients to assure quality care.

My in-laws fell ill at the same time. My father-in-law from a fall and my mother-in-law from a stroke one month later. They were both in the hospital and then the same rehab center. My father-in-law was discharged from rehab and Julie from Emerald Rose was so accommodating. She immediately found a place for him and when it was suggested that my mother-in-law be placed on hospice, Julie saved the day again and was able to get a room at Emerald Rose where they could be together. A few days later my father-in-law was also placed on hospice care. Everyone at Emerald Rose was so kind and took such good care of them until they both passed away. I highly recommend Emerald Rose.

We cannot express the depth of our gratitude in how the owner (Julie) and caregiving staff (Jarson, Apple, Cheez) interacted with us and cared for our vim 93 yo mother. Not only is every detail covered (extremely clean, hygenic, secure, new facilities, and beautiful well balanced meals), but the level of sincere care is unmatched. We were so grateful to know that Julie’s team was looking after Mom and enabling her recovery after major surgery. We highly recommend Emerald Rose Garden for piece of mind for a loved one who needs board and care level help.

Emerald Rose Garden 3 takes excellent care of their residents. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is safe, comfortable, healthy and well cared for day and night. The residence is well maintained and clean. They plan special events for their residents as well as celebrating their birthdays and the holidays . Julie (three owner) and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and supportive of their residents and families. I highly recommend Emerald Rose Garden 3. You can leave knowing your loved one is in kind and caring hands.
