This facility does not get enough credit for the tremendous help and service they provide to our community. In all these years, I have taken care of both my parents and husband with Alzheimer's dementia. I have been in support groups that became my pillar of strength and that's where I first heard about Emerald Rose Garden. One of the family members' wives was in Emerald Rose and he shared how their life significantly became better ever since his wife went to this home. I have seen my fair share of facilities big and small as I considered placing my husband last year, but didn't push through as it did not feel right. This changed when I went to Emerald Rose Garden. I signed up my husband for their waitlist that same day and luckily got a room a month after. The rest was just pure relief and happiness. Thank you for taking care of my husband until the end. I will eternally be grateful for all the love and care Julie and her entire team extended to my husband and our entire family.

I have had the privilege to visit three of their homes. The homes are very cozy and clean, very well organized.Residents get a Hot plate in every meal and they are offered options. Excellent management with great communication skills with residents and family. The facility administrator is hands on and always looking forn ways to help her residents feel more at home and comfortable. They offer Great care , the caregivers are very experianced and very attentive, responsible, and caring. I would definitely recommend this home to my family because I know they will receive the same care I would give them at home.

My bother was cared for at the Emerald Rose Garden during parts of 2021 and 2022. The care he received from Julie and her team was beyond anything we could have expected. They went above and beyond to see that his every need was addressed and made every day a pleasurable experience for him. They paid special attention to holidays and celebrated them to the fullest. We were extremely pleased with the comprehensive attention to detail shown by all of the staff. We highly recommend Emerald Rose Garden and thank them again for all they did for our family.

I have had my family member at Emerald Rose Gardens since July 2021. I have been extremely satisfied with this residential care home. The home is clean, pleasant, and joyful. It is a happy house. The staff is well trained, communicative, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Julie Navarez, the Administrator, is a competent professional, experienced, understanding, and accessible. I would recommend this facility to anyone searching for a care home for their family member. It is a 5 Star in my estimation.
