Everyone at Emerald Senior Care is always patient and pleasant. I recently placed a close family member with advancing dementia into the facility, and since, my family’s situation became instantly more manageable. I am so pleased with how the staff never seems annoyed like how I have previously experienced with other facilities. The staff, particularly John and and Mike, made the transition from homecare to seniorcare seamless. The kindness, the cleanliness, the food, the promptness of care is just a few of the many A+ services which we have experienced in these first 3 weeks. The caregivers provide beyond any level of care I could hope for and certainly more than I could ever give him.
