It's like putting an old broken down motor into a brand new shell, looks good from the outside but rotten on the inside. They even charge like it's a 5 star luxury hotel. If you love your relative, find a place that honestly cares for them, not their money. Smiles and concerns.....all fake, and determined by how much you pay and comply!! ONLY sincere ones are the awesome caregivers, even the bus driver El, who go above and beyond and are ALL abused and underpaid in my opinion. You should see how the managers act when they know the State is coming!! I wonder what would happen if they didn't know 🤔. What a shame

My mom was a resident at the Emerald Springs Assisted Living Community in Yuma AZ. I was extremely pleased with the excellent care she received from the nurses, med aides, activities director, the dinning room staff and all staff in general. Everyone there was genuinely caring and compassionate. She loved living there and enjoyed all they had to offer. When I came to visit I could not get over all there was for her to participate in from arts and crafts, music, bible study, to fitness classes. She truly enjoyed the outings and trips around town. She really felt at home. When she was moved to memory care unit, she continued to receive the same exceptional and compassionate care. I never had to worry about the care she was receiving. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The facility itself is very clean, organized and well staffed. The food prepared in the dining room was great with good healthy choices to choose from. My personal favorite was the pot roast. I just want to say thank you to everyone for the exceptional care you gave our mom from the beginning till God called her home. Again, thank you!!! Barbara Dunbar

10/10 experience. They had a clean and organized facility. Today I got to play bingo with some of the residents and it way super fun. They have ducks and cats that make the place more lively.

Emerald Springs Senior Living is a truly exceptional community. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with warmth and kindness from the staff. The level of care and attention given to the residents is outstanding. The facilities are top-notch, providing a comfortable and inviting environment. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, the Director of Sales and Marketing, and I must say he is incredibly professional and exceptional at what he does. His expertise and dedication to his job shine through in every interaction. Chris is the one to trust. Highly recommended!

My mother-in-law recently entered Emerald Springs and my wife and I spent a week there with her while we were helping her close down her old apartment and move in to her new ES home. The staff and the residents are extremely warm and friendly. The facility is well kept up and the food is quite good. Lots of activities, and good transportation for shopping and medical appointments. The facility is set up for both independent and assisted living, and is a pleasant mix of the two. (There is also a separate wing devoted to Alzheimer's patients which we did not see, but assume is of equally high quality.) The facility recently won the "Best Retirement Center in Yuma" award from the local paper, and we can definitely see why! Both my mother-in-law and we are very pleased with her decision to live at Emerald Springs!! :-))
