A dear friend of long-standing just moved in and a group of us that has been meeting together for 40 years went to visit during the afternoon happy hour and stayed for dinner. We were all made to feel very welcome. The staff is uniformly, pleasant, courteous, and efficient. They have good security systems and the food was excellent. It was my first visit and the impression was excellent.

Kensington Place feels like home, with a caring, compassionate, accommodating staff. Its warm, inviting interior is well decorated and comfortable to walk into. I arrived on pet visit day and there was live music, dogs, and a special Passover celebration. As hard as memory care is, being able to feel made at home and have my mother attended to in such a focused way is nice for everyone.

I visited Kensington’s Place open house on October 31, and the experience was outstanding. The food was not only delicious but also of high quality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and it was heartwarming to see the residents actively engaged and genuinely happy.

Kensington takes such good care of mom! Every time I go there there are people encouraging her and looking out for her, and they really do work as a team to take care of everyone. There are all kinds of events to bring joy to the residents and to bring families together. I couldn’t chose a better place for mom.

Kensington Place care team and overall management have been so supportive and respectful to my mother since the moment she moved in. She is treated with dignity and kindness everyday. The staff involves her in a variety of activities and they even provide weekly local outings which she particularly enjoys. I feel so much less stress since she moved to Kensington Place. I know she is getting such excellent care.
