Life Transitions moved my mom out of the house she and my dad lived in for 30 years and into her new much smaller home. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. They took care of the packing (Kate and Karen were amazing) and unpacking. They not only moved everything into her new house but took care of details we didn’t expect, like setting up and making the beds. Sean, one of the owners, was there for everything and was so kind and helpful. Life Transitions made what was a very difficult time for our family a little bit easier. Chef Scott and his team at Independent Village - Fishers. This team takes exceptional care and attention in preparing meals for my mother-in-law., Nelda. We know her dietary needs are complex and her preferences can be quite particular, yet you’ve consistently gone above and beyond to ensure she feels both nourished and respected. Your willingness to accommodate her restrictions (diabetic, cardiac and kidney) while still crafting meals she and others enjoy has made a tremendous difference in her daily life and her overall health. For the first time in at least 8 years, her A1C is in normal range ! Miracles do happen. It’s clear that your work is not just about food, but about dignity, comfort, and compassion—and for that, we are deeply grateful. Thank you!

The property at Independence Villages Fishers East on Talblick could be a good facility for independent living but the carpet in the hallways is stained and dirty and needs to be replaced, the cleaning of apartments is poor and inconsistent and the maintenance service for repairs is slow and often goes unattended. This is unacceptable for the cost.

Clean inviting atmosphere, staff always around assisting residents and a full activity calendar with variety and fun for all different interests. Weekly trips, transportation available. Great dining options. Jamison does an exceptional job preparing new residents for a seamless transition, and Tina, DON, ensures the safety, compassionate, and loving care for Assisted living and memory care residents. Friendly and family vibe throughout ! If you are searching for a place for a loved one, or planning for a future transition personally, I highly suggest touring this amazing facility.

Very nice community. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. I’ve been a CNA for 5 years and never been to a facility that didn’t smell like poop. Sugar fork smells amazing. That alone won me over!
