They do not do what they say they are going to do. On there website they state they will take you to your appointments, but that is not true. The only phone calls that are returned are the ones from when you first go to check it out. If you have any problems or issues you will not get a phone call or email returned. Read all of the fine print before signing anything with this assisted living business. Because it is a BUSINESS.

Basic care was there, but the owner is very hard to reach for questions, etc. and when my loved one, his resident, passed away he never even commented to me. Once we checked in, it was a battle to get in contact with the boss. There was nobody taking residents out for experiences, lunch, etc. or any assistance with medical appointments, etc., as stated in their brochure.
