If you truly care about your loved one stay away from the Moorpark facility. RUN!!!! The house manager is bossy and controlling of the caregivers. She will not allow them to take proper care of the patients. They are fed dinner at 4 o'clock and put to bed at five. All they do is prop them in front of a television all day. There are absolutely no activities, except violent weird sex movies on the television. And if your loved one is hard of hearing, it's even worse because the television is on whisper volume with subtitles. Heaven forbid they have dementia. They will be treated as if they don't even exist or have feelings. Run!!
