I have lived here for eight years and I would not recommend moving here for anyone for many reason. There is no maintenance upkeep on anything. We have dealt with broken and defective appliances, defective electrical outlets, and our bathroom fan was never repaired and can’t be used due to the seized motor. The water often comes out brown and in the entire eight years, our carpet which has exposed nails by the door, never was replaced. We have put in work orders for replacements on many things such as our blinds and everything else that’s been broken. Nothing ever gets done. Maintenance, if we have one, will plant flowers before fixing anything. Management is horrible. You will be harassed and lied about. The community itself is simply toxic. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I live here right now and have rented for over ten years. My carpets have never been cleaned or replaced except for when we paid out of our own pocket to clean them. I just had a fire happen in our bathroom because of old wiring. They promised to help clean up the insulation. Never happened. My friends and I did the clean up. Also having problems with my rent being raised all the time when I'm not receiving all of the income that they say I'm getting. Tired of being scared to say anything due to retaliation but I have had enough of this treatment.

Black mold. Wall leaks. Cabinets open to the ground. They didnt care. My roommate disappeared. I contacted the apt manager, left messages. No answer. No call back. I couldnt afford, especially since I couldnt breathe and repairs were not occurring. I vacated premises. Left the place cleaner than it was when i got there. They put a charge on my credit. Not a very respectable place of business. I have put a complaint with BBB and am awaiting to speak with housing authority. DO NOT RENT HERE.

It's really nice here, the apartments are pretty spacious and maintained pretty well. You do have a person here or there that gets under your skin but that's anywhere you go. You have to pay for your laundry though and the sink is just like a wider bathroom sink.

Terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone there. I didn't even wanna give them 1 star. They are nothing but lying people. My daughter has been trying to get in there over a month, because her and her 3 kids were homeless. The manager on site promised her an apartment. A month a a thousand phone calls later. They tell her she didn't get approved. It
