English Meadows Crozet Campus

The Meadows is a great rehabilitation center. As all my friends know, I am a late sleeper and these people at. Meadows meet my needs. All my friends know, I love this facility. I have never spoken I’ll of them!!!

Our mother lived at English Meadows for the final two years of her life. The staff chatted and visited with her frequently making her feel like part of the family. She loved her room with a phenomenal view and the great food service. The director, the receptionist, the nurses, the laundress and room cleaners were attentive to her needs and very supportive. We appreciated the excellent communication with the staff, especially regarding her declining health of the last few months. They helped us connect her with hospice care and made those last weeks as comfortable as possible. Overall, our experience with English Meadows was outstanding!

The staff to include Chris took great care of my uncle for several years and kept us up-to-date on his care. He received excellent care and the facility had activities keeping the residents engaged. Great appreciated their support Chris!

Outstanding, truly remarkable resident care is what I have experienced from Chris Grogg and every staff member I have worked with at English Meadows in Crozet. I am the court appointed guardian for a resident who lives here. This resident has been treated with genuine care, respect and kindness since his arrival. He went from being withdrawn, solitary and sometimes angry, to voluntarily participating in social activities, engaged in conversations and has even gained some needed weight. I wish all of my clients had advocates like Chris and his team at English Meadows.

This place is wonderful. The staff makes it spectacular! My brother is very happy there. I love how personable and caring they are. Chris and Stephanie are always willing to talk to me and keep me updated on anything he needs or questions I have. I feel very blessed with his care!
