ESKATON GOLD RIVER LODGE

Love this place. My sister and I had to place mom here due to her frequent falls and dementia. The staff has been so kind and helpful during this process. They have actual ideas to help include and involve mom. And the first day of moms arrival they did a sweet red carpet entrance for her, it nearly made me cry!

We moved my mom into Eskaton a few months ago. The family decision process to move her out of her home was difficult. After visiting several quality retirement communities, we choose Eskaton Gold River and are thrilled with our choice! The staff helped us tremendously during a challenging transition for my mom. The staff are always very helpful, especially Emma. After about three weeks, my mom settled in and now loves her new home. There are always other residents around so she is no longer lonely. We are confident we made the right choice choosing Eskaton Gold River!

Eskaton Gold River is an excellent facility. They are very caring and treat their residents with compassion. From the care staff to med techs, everyone is attentive and serious about their jobs. The new management staff is fantastic. Food is better but it could still use some extra care!! Thank you Eskaton Gold River for the great care of mom!!

The staff at Gold River Eskaton was extraordinarily helpful to my mom and family during her time as a resident there. They were so kind and caring, and she became very attached to those who were her primary care givers. She also appreciated how lovely the dining room staff was. The young people who waited the tables and the kitchen staff were so friendly and accommodating. She really liked the food and all the choices available. In addition, the nursing staff went above and beyond to make sure her needs were met. The administration staff and reception desk staff were also lovely to work with. Every time I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and humor and good cheer! Her apartment was just right for her and it was kept clean, to include sheets and laundry done for her. Just a lovely place to be!

My Step Grandma stays here and she raves that her helper Julia C is so nice and attentative. I spoke with Julia C and from our interaction she is a kind and loving person. Julia C is an asset to this facility and deserves so much recognition.
