My mother was here for a year on a memory care unit, and the unit staff took great care of my mother. They did care about her. They tried to make her feel safe and included her in everything. They have interactive and varied activities during the weekdays for the Memory Care residents to stay mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy. They had changes in management when the Memory Care Manager LPN Desarae Kepner left in 2022 and that was needed after so many ethical issues with her. The regional manager, Carla Martin, was exceptional in problem-solving, and making sure every one of their residents are taken care well. Carla only wants what’s best for every resident, and wants the families to feel welcome that they are a positive and needed part of the resident’s life. The facility is really nice. My mom and I enjoyed taking her off unit to the large dining room and the food was good. Then I would take her out onto the pretty outdoor patio to get fresh air after dinner. My family and I are grateful to Esprit for taking such good care of my mother. Thank you.

I found the day-to-day staff in the memory care part of Whispering Ridge to be very kind and helpful. I didn’t see employee drama that I saw at another facility. Management was kind, sympathetic, and responsive. My husband was there a very short time before he passed but everyone we had contact with was wonderful.

Esprit has been an exceptional place for my grandpa over the last 8 years. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. My grandpa was very happy living here and was also very well taken care of over the years. All the staff is so helpful and willing to give the extra attention that is sometimes needed for the residents. The staff is very informative and always friendly and goes over and above to meet the residents and families needs. I would highly recommend Esprit to anyone who is needing to find great care for a loved one.

My mom has been a resident at Esprit for over 3 years. Leaving their home and transitioning to assisted living is always challenging for our loved ones. I have been extremely happy with the care and attention that my mom has received at Esprit and it has truly helped her transition to this next stage in her life. Seeing her happy with all her friends and being social has been so gratifying for me. I know when I am not there that she is in good hands. Lisa , the Executive Director, truly cares about the residents and has years of experience in the medical and care giving field For me, Esprit feels like Family and hearing my mom say “ she loves it there” makes me so glad we choose Esprit for her care.

Esprit Whispering Ridge is an amazing community, which offers assisted-living, memory care, and advanced care. I always receive nothing but smiles and kindness when I’m at this community. I am even greeted by the nursing staff. The receptionist even remembers my first name (Amazing)!! We have moved several clients into a Esprit Whispering Ridge and we continue to receive positive feedback regarding the services/care that is provided. We highly recommend Esprit Whispering and Ridge! I also must mention that the executive director was prior service military. She knows the meaning of leadership and you can tell it when you are at this community. Accountability and having accountability will definitely make sure that your loved one is taken care of.
