ESSENTIAL CARE ASSISTED LIVING

Poor facility, cold, terrible customer service, no pain medication after hip surgery, uncomfortable beds, jail vibes and smells horrible. Very poor and need to be reported for further investigation.

All of the staff are really nice, they really take care of your needs with a smile on their faces, I love how they cater to the patients!..

My Mom & Dad have both been to Los Feliz Healthcare Center and before they went there, I visited many Healthcare centers in and around the area. This particular Healthcare Center was the cleanest and you will see people making progress. At other Healthcare centers the elderly seemed so lonely and cried out for attention. Not just that, but the conditions at other facilities were much worse. Overall I feel the money that Los Feliz Healthcare Center receives goes actually into the facility to maintain it, rather than into the pocket of the Owner. A lot of facilities don't seem
