ESTANCIA ASSISTED LIVING AT DISCOVERY PARK

We moved our mother into Estancia with promises that they were different and she would be given the support that she lacked in her previous assisted home . 2 days later we were hit with their unspoken truth . They don’t provide care between 7pm &7am unless it’s an emergency .They don’t give medications at doctor given times even if your parent has Parkinson’s and is a fall risk , they prefer the residents to do for themselves and risk there very lives . Our mother fell and broke her neck and their care giver was just getting a bag of ice as we arrived 25minutes later . No compassion , no apologies and not even a full refund as now our mother has a neck brace 24/7 the rest of her life and now needs 24/7 assistance . Just 1 wrong movement from complete paralysis . This all happened on Fathers Day and no one in management could take 2 minutes to call and help us address our issues and now our mother’s future is bleak and quality of life destroyed .

My mom was under the care of Estancia at Marbella Vineyards for the past 5 months and they took very good care of her! The home is well kept, modern, clean, and does not seem like the typical assisted living homes. The staff is wonderful, in particular Jesus and Natalie, who was very attentive to my mom's needs and got to know her as person and friend - not just another resident to take care of. Thank you again for taking great care of my mom in her final months.

Estancia Assured Living is such a nice place. They have a nice backyard with a walking trail and it Is very well taken care of. The inside is very nice and has everything you need to keep you busy will staying there. The staff is friendly and kind. They will be there for any needs you have. If your or your loved ones need an assisted home, this is the place.

I recently moved my mom to Estancia Assisted Living after being in a very large facility for 8 months. I am so thrilled with the care and attention she is receiving now, she had stated before that she felt like a number and they did not always help when she needed. Estancia is a beautiful home with amazing caregivers, I know my mom is much safer, cleaner, and happier here. Assisted living can be costly, but Estancia makes this much more affordable. I am so grateful I was told about Estancia Assisted Living and would recommend them highly to anyone that wants their elder loved ones in a personal home environment.

My brother is a resident at Estancia. Prior to his stay there, he had been at several rehabilitation and therapy centers. Estancia provides exactly what he needs. None of the previous places offered such personalized attention as he receives here. Between the extremely caring staff and other residents, my brother enjoys a friendly, caring environment that provides great comfort to him and his family. Estancia provides a perfect place for him to recuperate; he gets the personalized care he needs in a warm and professional manner. I highly recommend Estancia to anyone seeking assisted living for themselves or a loved one.
