ESTATE AT HYDE PARK, (THE)

Clean and well appointed facility. Some really great caregivers here. Parent has been here for 8 years. Caregivers and cleanliness are why she is still there. If you can afford it and can stomach the gut punch rent increases, it’s definitely the best facility in Tampa. Factor the cost and the anticipated cost in before you move your loved one in (you don’t want to move them out). 2nd floor Lead is an absolute angel named Yadi. Nothing gets by her and she is 100% in the residents’ corner.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Estate at Hyde Park. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and genuine care that radiates from the staff and management team. Everyone—from the caregivers to the leadership—goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.The community is always clean, welcoming, and full of life.

A friend was a resident. I went to see her almost everyday. She was clean and neatly dressed. Happy. Her room was neat, clean and free of any unpleasant odors. The bed was always made. The food was good and presented nicely.

It's always a fantastic experience working with Tricia, the Sales Director at The Estate at Hyde Park! She is incredibly sharp, super communicative, kind, and keeps everything running smoothly. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and feels like a high end Florida style resort. The staff is warm, welcoming, and keeps it vibrant with music and activities. Highly recommend!!

Cannot say enough good things about this community. Not only is this a beautiful community right off Bayshore Blvd, but they truly care about the residents. When you walk in, you can feel the home-like feeling. Their courtyards are so nice and the 'Florida room', overlooking the water is a huge plus. I would recommend this community to anyone!
