A truly professional and caring environment - I’ve had the opportunity to see the level of professionalism and heart that Kristine brings to her work, and it shows in the way the entire facility operates. She cares deeply about the families and the individuals who stay here, and she sets a standard of compassion that you can feel in the culture of the place. The staff are treated with respect, supported in their roles, and it reflects in the way they care for residents. It’s clear that this is a team of people who take pride in what they do and genuinely want the best for the people they serve. A facility led with this level of integrity and dedication is rare. Kristine and her team create an environment where families can feel confident their loved ones are in good hands.

My mother in law was cared for a ET Woodville Manor in Riverside during the final stage of life. The management came in and assisted in getting her placed when we were in crisis. It was such a smooth transition and the care from the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and treated her with such respect and Love. I could not have done this alone and they welcomed me and allowed me to stay as long as needed everyday. So compassionate to us all. It takes special people to do this job. Thank you for loving her and us during this journey of the unknown. 👏👏🙏🥰

My family member has been cared for by the owner of Et Woodville Manor for a few years. She receives attentive, loving care and well-prepared, tasty meals. The home itself is very inviting and clean, with a few different common areas to visit with loved ones in addition to comfortable bedrooms. The caregiving staff is very responsive to my concerns, and more importantly, to the needs of my loved one.

Beyond grateful to the owner and to all the staff who took great care of our family member during his stay. They treated him with dignity and compassion. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. They took care of him like it’s their family member and made his stay comfortable. The facility is clean and well maintained. Making it home away from home. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this place.

My 97 year old father has been here for 3 years this October. The staff are incredible! Kristine keeps me abreast of dad’s condition. He is always clean, free of bed sores and well taken care of. The food is excellent and there is plenty of it! I am there every day and am so happy we were able to find this loving home. I have recommended them to friends who now have a loved one there as well!
