Eventide Jamestown Senior Living

Going to visit my grandma I noticed that they had a call light on one of the rooms we were in there for 30 minutes and they still never answered that call light. Then they asked us what my grandma would like for lunch and because we were taking her out she just wanted fruit and crackers. They bring her lunch they have it circled on her menu that she wanted fruit crackers but all they bring her is a sandwich. The workers are lazy and neglectful. I would recommend putting your grandparents in any other home but this home.

My mother has been at Eventide several times for rehab and now permanently. I have found it to be very good. All the staff are friendly, several going the extra mile to do things for my mother, get information for her, help us navigate financial issues, and so much more. They have also gone the extra mile to help me, the caregiver, get thru the tough spots.

Staff is very friendly. Everything is well kept. The assisted living area is very nice and all the residents seem to like living there.

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience. The facility is old and outdated. I could often hear the staff talking about private resident issues out in the hall. My mom was dying and the staff didn't hardly check on her during the last 2 days while I was there with her. I had to ask for her to be changed, turned and given medication. It was really sad.

I visit several people at this care center. Employees have been friendly and facility is clean and without odor. Most residents seem happy.
