Can't say enough great things about Ana, the owner of Everbloom, and her phenomenal staff who have cared for my MIL for a year, and we are eternally grateful. They have made everything so easy for us and it has allowed us to live stress free knowing they absolutely have everything under control. My MIL has challenging issues and wasn't always easy to manage, but Ana and her staff treated her with patience, love, and dignity every day, never complaining or treating her with frustration. We never worried about her once. Ana has decades of experience and it shows - in her staff choices, her standards, management style, and her genuine investment in each resident. She has a huge capacity to love, and tho it sounds trite, she really genuinely cares about every person under her care, and each family member and it shows. She has great communication, is incredibly responsive (moreso than any other facility we contacted when we first were looking) and kept that fantastic communication for the entire year. She listens to all the individual needs of every resident and the family and does her best to ensure all needs are met. Everbloom has the same exceptional standards of all her facilities. If your loved one needs memory care in Salem, you won't find better. Worth every penny for the knowledge that your loved one will be absolutely well taken care of under their professional, and high quality, loving care. An added bonus: through a series of unexpected events, we have spoken to multiple people in adult protective services, law enforcement and other govt agencies in our area, and every one of them, when they heard where my MIL lived, had only great things to say about her facilities and how highly respected Ana is in the industry as a leader and owner, and how her facilities are so much better they are than most facilities for the elderly. True story.
