The staff workers here are awesome and do a great job taking care of the elders there!! The Executive Director Mrs Shelena Wallace is an awesome person and so glad she does an excellent job taking care of the workers and the tenants...Thank you.

Bridgewater is such a beautiful and welcoming facility! The moment you walk in, it smells just like home, it’s clean, comforting, and inviting. The atmosphere is warm, and the staff truly make the difference. Shelena really sets the tone & the staff are so friendly, attentive, and dedicated to creating a positive environment for residents and visitors alike. You can genuinely feel the care and pride that goes into everything they do at Bridgewater!

Bridgewater Cottage is always clean, and Shelena is very professional and caring. When you walk into the Cottage everyone is always so warm and welcoming, and you can tell the residents are well cared for. I would highly recommend Bridgewater Cottage to anyone looking for quality Assisted Living or Memory Care.

My mother lived at Evergreen Cottages Bridgewater during her last year with dementia, and I will always be grateful for the care she received. Any concerns I had were addressed quickly, and my mother adored the staff, who treated her with dignity and respect. Claudia and Niurka were especially outstanding. In her final two weeks, their compassion was extraordinary. Claudia, in particular, has wonderful communication skills and was my go-to person during the most stressful moments of hospice. The staff also encouraged my mom to stay active and connected to the things she loved—they let her lead a spring roll lesson and even served her Japanese snacks that brought her comfort. Evergreen Cottages Bridgewater supported my mom and our family with kindness and care, and I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough great things about Bridgewater Cottages Memory Care and Assisted Living. The entire facility is incredibly well-kept, clean, and organized, which immediately makes you feel confident that your loved ones are in good hands. One of the true highlights of this place is the staff, especially Shelena Wallace. She is an absolute gem—attentive, personable, and genuinely caring. You can tell she goes above and beyond to connect with residents, making them feel comfortable and valued. Shelena has such an uplifting personality and really brings the entire place to life. Bridgewater Cottages is a wonderful community, and with employees like Shelena leading with heart, it truly stands out as a special place.
