EVERGREEN COURT

My parents lived at Everygreen Court for two years. Did not have much to complain, except resently the accounting department could not get their numbers straight and told us we owe them money, since last year January. This took place even after multiple times of visiting their community's manager. The manager states that we are all squared away with the account, but the accounting department does not agree with it and stated that we owe money. Wanted to speak with the accounting department about the difference of balance, yet they refused to allow us to talk to them. Really not sure what is going on. Will have to get to the buttom of this problem.

My Mother-in-law lived here independently until her passing. She had a large 1-bdrm appt with a kitchen and it was bright and cheerful. She loved her apt. The staff was very friendly, caring and always available. I never met anyone at this retirement community that rubbed me the wrong way. Even the dining room staff was kind, p e reasonable and courteous. Many activities were available, they were even allowed to plant their own little gardens. I would highly recommend this facility.

In my experience, the staff at Evergreen Court has been professional and courteous. There is a large dining room with 3 meals served each day, free on-site laundry (several machines), a salon, library, and lots of room around the property indoors and out. There is a dedicated activities room with a full calendar of daily activities (including off-site adventures), on-site medical staff for emergencies, and transportation is available for appointments/excursions. I've had the pleasure of spending time with some of the residents and everyone seems to really enjoy Evergreen Court and everything offered. Highly recommended!
