Evergreen Memory Care Community

I honestly can’t recommend Evergreen Memory Care enough. From the moment we walked in and met with Maya, we knew it would be perfect for my husband’s mother. Everyone we met was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The atmosphere felt like home. The rooms are spacious. We put in full size bed and had so much room left over. Sarah was very gentle when doing her assessment and you could tell she and Maya have a real heart for our seniors. They have made things very easy for us in setting my MIL up with residency there. The home is clean and well kept. The residents were engaged in an exercise class when we were there and seemed to be having a blast. I know we made the right choice.

After touring about 6 different memory care facilities in the area, we decided that Evergreen was the right place for our dad. We have felt so supported from the moment we walked in and met with Chante. The speed and compassion with which she responded to our unique situation has been a comfort through one of the most difficult chapters of my adult life. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive throughout the process of getting Dad settled. The staff at Evergreen has continued to be available and responsive to our family and we know that Dad is being cared for with specific attention to his needs and personality. If you’re starting down this road, I highly recommend checking out Evergreen!

My mom has been living at Evergreen Memory Care for a little over a year now and I have been very pleased with the level of care she receives. Chante, the Life Enrichment Coordinator, goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents have a variety of activities to do. Some of which include exercises, games and my mom's favorite, a bus tour where they are taken for a drive and get ice cream. Although communication at times has been a little challenging and the turnover of the care providers is a little high, any concern I have had has been addressed quickly and I have never felt like my mom was being neglected in any way. Most importantly, when I ask her if she is still happy living there, she always responds yes.

Evergreen is a great place. My Dad has been there for about two years. He has had dementia for almost 20 years and has lived in a few memory care facilities. Evergreen is by far the best. The staff has truly gone above and beyond with any request I have for my Dad. Also, I have noticed minimal staff turnover, which is comforting to know the same people are taking care of my Dad. The facility is very clean and the food is good. From management to caregivers the people here provide a very caring and enriching environment. Thanks for all you do Evergreen!

A great facility for your loved one! The staff is caring and courteous to the residents and to the family. They take great care to ensure quality of life for their residents. Daily activities keep the resident's minds and bodies active. They know their residents and take time to meet their individual needs. I feel fortunate to have found Evergreen Memory care. I know my Mom is well cared for.
