EVERGREEN RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

We have loved living here for 3 years. Been active, swam, walked in inside and our beautiful outdoors. Golfed played corn hole. Bing, did many outings, daily planned activities. So many great things to list

My parents have been without heat since Friday 1/23/26 in these frigid temperatures. The facility has provided space heaters for them to use but how safe is that for two elderly people who use walkers to get around. How safe is this for other residents if, God forbid, something should happen to cause a fire? The heat issue has been an ongoing issue since last winter when it went out several times. This is not the first time this winter that it has gone out either. In addition to no heat, they have not had water since Wednesday 1/28/26. The staff has been very unresponsive both in person and by phone concerning the problem. When I was able to talk to someone, they were extremely rude. Evergreen as one of the top-rated facilities you can do better than this!

Evergreen is a beautifully well run establishment. The staff are extremely caring, efficient, and professional. This time in a loved one's life can be very stressful as well as frightening; Shay was instrumental in getting our mother the care she needed in an expedited manner. The second floor nursing staff were so very kind and caring. The entire experience at Evergreen has been a professional, compassionate, and positive experience for our entire family. We can't thank you enough.

My parents have lived here for 2 years, and it has been very disappointing. There are some very nice staff, but the management is nonresponsive to major urgent issues of medications and inadequate in my opinion. There is what I believe to be neglect, and we've had many issues of no responsiveness when my parents pain prescriptions were not refilled properly as Evergreen handles the medications. They are understaffed, but still increased the fees 10% this year - we are looking for other options. The management hides and its just sad all around.

Evergreen is one of the most beautiful senior living communities I’ve had the pleasure to visit - the outdoor space alone is breathtaking. The inside is part modern/part vintage. From mansion-like studies, billiards & a jazz-age bar - to light, modern spaces with a Latte/Smoothie bar - it’s full of unique opportunities. I’ve been warmly welcomed by the staff each time - and incredibly impressed with the very elevated experiences they provide for their active & engaged community members! I look forward to my next visit :)
