Karolina at Atria Assisted Living went far beyond what we expected. She took the time to guide us, answer our questions, and support our family during this stressful period. Her compassion, patience, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Even though our dad was ultimately not accepted into their memory care unit, we are very thankful for everything Karolina did for us, and because of the way she treated our family, we wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I am writing a brief review of Atria the senior living facility where my aunt Helen has been residing for the past year. She truly enjoys the wide range of activities, the delicious food, and the company of fellow residents. Additionally, she loves the outings, such as trips to stores and lunches.

Excellent care from smiling faces. The food and dining hall is top drawer. The cook is always getting suggestions for new ways to improve services. We have all kinds of activities every day. Also, our entertainers are great. Overall, Atria Evergreen Valley has our safety at heart.

One of the hardest decisions we had to make was moving our aunt into senior living care. However, once she moved into Atria Evergreen Valley and we saw the transformation in her lifestyle and happiness, we knew we had made the right decision and chosen the perfect community for her. Atria’s staff are well-trained and very accommodating of our aunt’s needs. She says the meals are delicious, she feels fresh and well cared for from being bathed regularly, her room is well-maintained and clean, and she enjoys the wide variety of daily activities with her new friends and staff. Unlike before, she now takes far fewer naps during the day, and everyone there knows her by name. She is truly well taken care of. We appreciate the peace of mind that comes from knowing she’s safe while we manage our busy work and family lives. It’s definitely a five-star community! By the way, we’re currently in the process of moving our other 85-year-old aunt into Atria Evergreen Valley as well.

The staff at Atria Evergreen Valley are so warm and friendly. Rachel from sales was so helpful and considerate when explaining room options and the application process to us. She really made my mother, my sisters and I feel at ease with this very difficult move. JR from maintenance patiently listened to our requests for my mother’s new room and addressed all of them immediately. We have toured other places in the Bay Area and like Atria Evergreen Valley the best. Not only are the staff all friendly but the residents really made my non-English speaking mother feel welcomed. It is a wonderful place!
