Evergreen Village At Bloomington

Hello I am Kenneth Aker a proud resident of Evergreen Assisted Living. First of all I must say I was not ready for this in my but a stroke changed that and I had to find a way to except that and keep moving forward wel the staff here has help me with that portion of my life that was dredding but after a year of being a resident I am happy with my life I don't have a room anymore but an apartment my home in every since of the way, so look foard to hearing more from me because I am just getting warmed up because I have even talked about how beautiful this place is or walking out the back door to a nice waking trail yep Home.

I visit my Aunt at Evergreen Village quite often. And ever since my first visit I have liked this place. Very clean, well managed. Great friendly, staff everything first class. I can't express enough how well they treat and take care of my Aunt. She likes living there and likes the Administrator and all of his Staff. Loves her Nurse Alicia and all the other staff members as well.. always different activities for the residents, field trips, etc ..and the facility being Pet friendly is so so AWESOME for the residents. Gives some of them needed responsibilities and something to love and something that will love them back.. Win Win situation. 5 Star Facility all the way! Thanks Evergreen for doing what you do!

My mother had a hard time at first but now is happy with good friends! Staff is wonderful! Lisa, Kat, Dana and Head of Nursing, Nicole are patient and go out of their way to help.

I am so grateful that I found Evergreen Village! Not only is it a beautiful facility, it has an amazing staff to go with it! I could not have gotten through the past week without the help and care I received for my mother! If you are looking for assisted living for yourself or a loved one, look no further. Evergreen is the place, check into what they have to offer. You will be glad you did!

At the suggestion of the responder to my last (low) rating, we called admin Josh and have had an amazing turn-around in communications. In trying times, I believe this is a very important part of the service provided. While my MIL is still not yet in the facility, I am more than grateful to the helpful manner in which this issue was addressed. It was, and continues to be, more than I expected. Thank you for your support.
