What a lovely facility with even lovelier people. We looked at several places when it was time for mom to move to assisted living. Once we stepped into Bentley we knew we’d found home. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderfully helpful, professional and kind. Christine was especially helpful during the entire transition process and every staff member goes out of their way to help. Mom moved in in January and is adjusting well, meeting new people and making friends. She loves her ‘apartment’ and I know is she is safe and well cared for. Lots of community involvement and an extensive activities program. I can’t imagine mom being anyplace else.

Where do I begin to say how very thrilled our family is with Bentley Assisted Living at Branchville? We were lucky enough that a room was available for our needs at just the right time. The facility is very well kept and managed. The staff is off the charts caring, compassionate and kind. Their patience with their patients is unbelievable. Their support for family members is overwhelmingly kind. They just seem to lock in on each family’s situation and take the time to manage both the patient and family members. There aren’t enough words to express their kindness and support. The facility is warm, welcoming, clean and just lovely. We can’t thank the entire staff enough for taking care of our family when it was so needed.

When looking for a retirement/assisted living facility for my dad, Bentley was an easy choice. From our initial contact with Christine and tour of the beautiful facility, we knew it was the perfect place for him to be, knowing he would receive the dedicated care and attention. We can't say enough about the Bentley staff for the professional and personal care that is given to each and every resident. Thank you to everyone at Bentley!

Bentley Assisted Living is a gem. Our family has experienced care quality, patient empathy and family partnership. Health care is personal and so is the Bentley team. They make it priority to know the patients background, what's important to them and their family, including the details that make such a difference. They keep everyone aligned on priorities and work together and with the family to ensure the patient is afforded the best possible living experience despite the circumstances that necessitate the need for assisted living services. We have been impressed with how everyone from the business people to the caregivers function as one, supporting each other in a way that puts the patient first. That is rare in our experience. Engagement among the leadership and staff is high, communication is excellent and the holistic focus on care and comfort is consistently excellent. Being in the healthcare industry, I have a sense of what good looks like and the service issues that many care organizations have, in particular in caring for those who are the most vulnerable, such as the elderly. We couldn't be more pleased or confident in placing our dad in the care of the Bentley team. It's not easy for us or any family to make this move and certainly a challenge to provide the best services. If there is ever an issue, we know we can successfully work through it. We are a team.

I just want to say How happy we are that my mom is in the Bentley Assisted Living Center. She was living alone and it really wasn’t safe. Originally I wanted mom to stay in her own home but we both decided on the Bentley. My mom is flourishing there. She was always very outgoing but time living alone wasn’t making her happy. Living there now she has made so many friends and now she stays involved with all the activities. My family feels very safe now . We are very happy for her. 👍
